The site gives general information about Coast Nomads and its places. We keep it accurate and up to date, but details such as seasons, hours and services can change. Please contact us to confirm anything important before you travel. Nothing on the site is a binding offer.

Images marked as concept visualisations show proposed setups. They are not photographs of existing sites.

Reviews shown on the site are written by guests on Google Maps and reflect their own opinions. They are shown as published.

Texts, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Coast Nomads or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

The site links to other websites, such as Google Maps and MYC Membership Yachting Club. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Bookings made on coastnomads.com are contracts with Coast Nomads Single-Member P.C. Prices are in euros and include VAT. The full amount is paid by card when you book, through Viva, a licensed payment institution. We never see or store your card details.

Your place is held for 20 minutes while you pay. The booking is confirmed when the payment is completed and you receive our confirmation email.

Prices. Cabanas and the Safari Tent are charged per adult, with a minimum number of adults per place shown before you pay. Children under 12 are free. The whole venue has a fixed price that includes a number of adults, plus a charge for each additional adult and any extra services you choose.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start: cancel from the link in your confirmation email and the full amount returns to your card. After that, the booking cannot be refunded, except as described below.

Bad weather. If wind, rain or sea conditions make the stay unsafe or unpleasant, we cancel the booking and refund the full amount, or offer another date if you prefer. The decision is made on site by Emirato.

Please arrive on time. The place is yours for the hours booked. Leaving earlier does not give a refund. Respect the beach, the other guests and the rules of the concession.

Bookings made by phone or on the spot follow the same rules unless agreed otherwise.

We are not liable for loss arising from the use of information on the site or from temporary unavailability of the site, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
